​In June 2023, MullenLowe introduced a new global identity, gaining significant industry recognitions. Despite the rebrand's success, the agency faced a low advancement rate in new business opportunities. To address this, I worked on redesigning the Agency Credentials, focusing on the agency’s core values and a structured grid layout.

To address this, I worked on redesigning the Agency Credentials, focusing on the brand’s core values and a structured grid layout.

Process

Core values revisit

To anchor the redesign in authenticity and relevance, I initiated the process by revisiting the core values of the brand. The keywords that emerged from this introspection served as guiding principles, ensuring that every design element resonated with the brand's identity and mission.​

Governing the Grid

Central to this redesign was the meticulous use of a grid system. By governing the layout with a grid, I achieved a balanced and harmonious composition across all slides.

Results

The advancement rate has gotten significantly improved.
 

MullenLowe also received an invite
to the Creative AOR pitch from the client after submitted the credentials for the PR AOR pitch.
